Hot & Cold Pack Care Instructions

Our handmade hot and cold packs are made from 100% cotton fabric and filled with natural lupin. Please follow the instructions below to ensure safe use and to extend the life of your pack.

Heating Instructions

  1. Place the heat pack flat in the centre of a clean microwave.
  2. Heat in 30-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
  3. Do not exceed a total heating time of 2 minutes.
  4. Ensure the microwave turntable is rotating freely during heating.
  5. If additional warmth is required, reheat in 30 second intervals only.

Important: Always check the temperature before use, as heating times may vary between microwaves.

Cooling Instructions

  1. Place the pack inside a reusable plastic bag or airtight container.
  2. Leave in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes, or until the desired temperature is reached.
  3. Remove from the bag before use.

Care Instructions

  • Keep your pack dry and away from moisture.
  • Spot clean the outer fabric only. Do not immerse in water or machine wash.
  • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Do not overheat.
  • Do not use if the pack becomes damaged, scorched, or develops an unusual odour.
  • Allow the pack to cool completely before reheating.

  • For external use only.
  • Adult supervision is recommended when heating packs for children.
  • Always test the temperature before applying directly to the skin.
  • Do not leave unattended while heating.
  • Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
