All orders will be shipped with Australia post, within 5 business days (excluding long weekends and public holidays) of placing your order.

Once orders are packed and shipped the tracking numbers will be email to our clients.

Shipping rates within Australia is a flat rate of $6.00.

Shipping rates for New Zealand is a flat rate of $15.00.

Once orders leave our warehouse, issymae are not held responsible for any damages, lost, stolen or delivery to wrong address by Australia post.
