Find natural relief with our XL Rectangle Heat Pack, designed to be used hot or cold. Large in size, it’s perfect for easing sore backs, tired muscles, cramps, or simply winding down after a long day. Warm it in the microwave for soothing heat or chill in the freezer for cooling comfort.

All packs are filled with lupin, made with 100% cotton fabric.

Hot/cold pack is approximately 18 cm x 40 cm.

Place in a plastic bag in the freezer for use as a cold pack. Microwavable, always test before using.
